Clarisse is a skilled designer and a compassionate communicator. This is not just a business for her, but also her passion. She started years ago as the family member who was the "go-to" when planning for a special birthday party or wedding. She often heard from friends and family that she has a special knack for decor and should help other people with their parties. With that inspiration in mind, Clarisse has been a non-stop force for fun events, cultural get-togethers, creative parties and high class events on a Budget .
